1. Products and Orders

Each product page states the product name, price, specifications, contents and availability. Select products and complete checkout through the website. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout.

After an order is placed, notices will be sent using your email address or account information. If inventory, system, payment or other exceptional issues prevent processing, we will contact you and assist with the next steps.

2. Delivery

Delivery methods, shipping fees and estimated dispatch times are shown on the product or checkout page. In-stock products are dispatched in order after payment and order confirmation.

Dispatch and delivery may change during campaigns, public holidays, natural disasters, logistics disruptions or other events beyond our control.

3. Preorder Products

The estimated dispatch date for a preorder is stated on its product page. Models, sofubi and other limited-production items may be delayed by manufacturing, transport, customs or other unforeseen factors. We will announce or directly notify you of material delays or changes.

If one order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the delivery arrangement follows the product and checkout information. A product does not automatically lose any statutory cancellation right merely because it is a preorder.

4. Seven-day Cancellation Right and Returns

Under Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, consumers in distance transactions generally may cancel the contract within seven days after receiving the product without stating a reason. This period allows inspection and confirmation; it is not a trial period.

To request a return, email us within the statutory period with your order number and relevant information. Use beyond what is necessary for inspection that damages or reduces the value of a product will be handled under applicable law.

Statutory exceptions may apply, including clearly disclosed custom-made products produced to an individual consumer's requirements.

5. Defects, Incorrect Items or Shipping Damage

Please contact us promptly by email if an item has an apparent defect, is incorrect, is missing, or was visibly damaged during delivery. Keep the product, packaging and shipping carton, and provide photographs where possible.

After review, we will arrange an exchange, replacement shipment, refund or another appropriate remedy. Handmade, painted or limited-production products may have reasonable individual variations, and colors may differ slightly due to photography and display settings.

6. Order Cancellation and Refunds

To cancel an order that has not shipped, contact us by email as soon as possible. Orders already being dispatched or delivered are handled under the return rules.

Cancellation and refund schedule:

• Requested 1 month or more in advance of dispatch/event: 90% refund
• Requested within 1 week in advance of dispatch/event: 50% refund
• Requested a few days before dispatch/event: 10% refund
• Requested on the day of dispatch/event or later: Non-refundable (0% refund)

The time for a refund to appear depends on the original payment method, bank and third-party payment provider. Any processing fees will be deducted pursuant to provider policies.

7. Invoices

Invoices are issued through the website's checkout system in accordance with applicable law. If a business tax ID or other invoice information is required, confirm that it is correct during checkout.

10. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, order and transaction history, payment and invoice information, customer-service correspondence, website usage, device, browser and necessary system records, and other data required to complete a transaction or provide services.

It is retained only as necessary to complete transactions, provide services, handle support, preserve transaction records and meet legal requirements, and is processed electronically, automatically or by other reasonable means consistent with these purposes.

You may choose whether to provide data, but withholding data required for ordering, payment or delivery may prevent us from completing the service.

14. Cookies and Website Services

We may use cookies or similar technologies for carts, account login, essential website functions, traffic analysis and service improvement. You can manage cookies in your browser, although disabling some cookies may prevent parts of the website from working.

Third-party payment, logistics, analytics and other providers may process necessary data under their own privacy policies.

Product prices, inventory, promotions and availability are based on the information currently displayed. If a system fault, operational mistake or other factor creates an obvious error, we will contact the consumer and act under applicable law.

Later changes to product information or this page do not arbitrarily alter the terms of an existing transaction.

We will publish the latest version when service or legal changes require an update. Updates do not affect rights attached to transactions established beforehand under their original terms and applicable law.
