The third release in Creator Union of Tokusatsu's original C.K.S. kaiju soft vinyl series brings Crystallized Volcanodon from the novel into physical form.
Designed by 草神 and sculpted by Hsun Craft Studio, this figure recreates the distinctive silhouette and crystalline structures of Crystallized Volcanodon.

1. When will the pre-order item be shipped?
Scheduled to ship in March 2027. Any schedule adjustments will be announced on the website and sent directly via email.
2. Do you ship internationally? Which regions are supported?
Yes! We ship domestically in Taiwan and internationally to: Hong Kong, Macau, China (SF Express), Japan (Local forwarding), Southeast Asia (Chunghwa Post), United States, and other regions.
3. How is international shipping calculated?
International shipping will be calculated based on the destination, package final dimensions, gross weight, and actual carrier rates upon packaging.
4. Why is international shipping collected in a separate stage?
Delivery is scheduled for March 2027. To avoid overcharging buyers on fluctuating fuel surcharges and currency rates, we use two-stage billing:
Stage 1 (Now): Pre-order item fee (NT$ 3,500).
Stage 2 (Before Delivery): Actual shipping invoice sent via email with an online payment link.
5. How can I check my pre-order status?
Visit the Check Orders page, enter your order email, and view real-time production, payment, and shipment status.
6. Can I track the parcel after it is shipped?
Yes! You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the courier name and tracking number, which is also visible on the order lookup page.
7. What happens if production is delayed?
If production adjustments occur, buyers will be notified via email and website announcements at least 30 days prior to the original target shipping month.
8. Can I cancel or refund my pre-order?
This is a made-to-order production. Overseas buyers who cannot accept the shipping fee quote may cancel within 14 days of the quote. If the refund exceeds the credit card gateway window (typically 180 days), refunds will be processed via bank wire transfer with transfer fees borne by the buyer.
9. What if the package arrives damaged or defective?
Please take an unboxing video. If any defect or transit damage is found, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos/video for a replacement.
10. Can I update my delivery address before shipping?
Yes! Prior to shipment or before paying the Stage 2 shipping fee, email [email protected] from your order email with your order ID to change the delivery address.
